I'm confused between Sidhyansh Residency and Lotus Greens Arena in Noida. Lotus Greens Arena ka price range ₹60.91 L - ₹95.09 L hai. What about Sidhyansh? Location wise, which one is better connected to the metro? Kya kisi ko pata hai? Amenities ke hisab se, which project offers more value? I'm looking for good security and a decent gym. Has anyone experienced the construction quality of either? Builder ka track record kaisa hai? Also, what about the resale value in the future? Mujhe advice chahiye, which one would you recommend for investment purposes? Not sure which is better ROI. What do you think?
