Wave Vasilia Noida - Worth the Hype?

Hey all, came across this old video of Wave City Center's Vasilia project in Sector 32. It looks pretty swanky, but the video's from 2015. Has anyone actually lived there or know what it's like now? Any thoughts on whether it's a good investment these days? Noida folks, your insights would be great!
