Experion 151 Noida: Good investment, guys?

Hey everyone, I've been checking out Experion Sector 151 in Noida. Found this video review on YouTube, seems pretty detailed. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai it's a good place to invest? My budget is around 1.5Cr. Looking for some honest opinions before I visit the site. Thanks!
