Paras Buildtech - Quality and Delivery: Opinions?

Hi all, looking at Paras Buildtech's Paras Seasons. What do you think about the quality of construction? Has anyone experienced delays with Paras Buildtech projects? I'm concerned about on-time delivery. Which builder offers better post-sales support? I've heard mixed reviews. Is it worth investing considering their track record? What's your take?
