Hey guys, I'm considering buying property in Noida. I've shortlisted Lavish M3M The Cullinan II and SAP Homes. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, location wise, which one is better connected? M3M ka construction quality kaisa hai? Anyone has experience with their projects? SAP Homes seems more affordable, but is it worth the compromise? I'm looking for good ROI, so which one has better investment potential, considering the price difference? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone experienced delays with M3M?
