I'm looking at properties in Noida and considering SAP Homes and Purvanchal Oriental Insurance Apartments. Purvanchal is ready to move, right? What's the construction quality like there? Has anyone experienced issues? SAP Homes seems cheaper, but what about the possession timeline? Which one offers better value for money, considering location and amenities? Also, what about the resale value in the future? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the society maintenance charges in both? Mujhe advice chahiye.
