Paras Buildtech in Noida - Good investment?

Looking at Paras Seasons. What's the general opinion on Paras Buildtech's construction quality? Has anyone experienced delays with their projects? Their pricing seems competitive, but is it really value for money? I'm mainly concerned about resale value later on. What do you think about their after-sales support? Any personal experiences to share? Which one would you recommend for investment? Mujhe advice chahiye!
