M3M Cullinan II vs Sam Palm Grove: Which is better?

I'm looking at properties in Noida and confused between Lavish M3M The Cullinan II and Sam Palm Grove Apartments. What do you think about the location of each? Is one better connected than the other? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of Sam Palm Grove? M3M is known, but what about Sam's reputation? Also, how do the amenities compare? Does M3M offer significantly better features to justify a potentially higher price? Mujhe advice chahiye on which one offers better investment potential long term. Has anyone experienced dealing with either builder? Which one would you recommend considering all factors? Not sure which one to choose!
