Paras Buildtech - Noida mein kaunsa better hai?

Hi guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. I've shortlisted Paras Seasons. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their construction quality? I've heard mixed reviews. What do you think? Has anyone experienced delays with Paras Buildtech projects? On-time delivery is important for me. Which one is better in terms of resale value in the long run? I'm confused. I want to know your opinion! I'm planning to buy a 3BHK. Any suggestions? What's your take on their customer service after possession? Please share your experiences! Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
