I'm confused between SAP Homes and Presidency Presithum in Noida. Presidency Presithum is ready to move, which is a plus. But what about the construction quality of SAP Homes? Kya kisi ko pata hai? Also, location wise, which one has better connectivity? I'm mainly looking for investment, so which one offers better ROI? What do you think about the amenities offered by both? Mujhe advice chahiye.
