I'm confused between Unitech Unihomes 3 and Swastik Triveni Homes. Unitech is ready to move, but Swastik looks newer. What's your take on the construction quality of both? U1, the connectivity difference isn't huge, but Unihomes 3 is definitely more convenient right now. Swastik Triveni requires a bit more travel to reach main roads and metro stations.
