Unitech Unihomes 3 vs Swastik Triveni: Which is better?

I'm confused between Unitech Unihomes 3 and Swastik Triveni Homes. Unitech is ready to move, but Swastik looks newer. What's your take on the construction quality of both? Has anyone experienced dealing with these builders? Which one offers better value for money considering the price difference? Mujhe advice chahiye!

U1, the connectivity difference isn't huge, but Unihomes 3 is definitely more convenient right now. Swastik Triveni requires a bit more travel to reach main roads and metro stations.

Unihomes 3 is probably better connected right now, as it's more established. But Swastik Triveni's connectivity will likely improve as the area develops.

Don't just look at the apartment itself, also consider the long-term maintenance costs. Older buildings often have higher maintenance fees.

My friend lives in Unihomes 3. He says the water pressure is often low and the security is sometimes lax. But it's a good community overall.

Haan, Unitech has had its share of problems. But Unihomes 3 is relatively older, so most of those issues should have been resolved by now.

Unitech ka construction used to be good, but Unihomes 3 is a bit old now. Swastik is newer, so material quality should be better, theoretically. Have you checked reviews online?

15 lakhs is a significant difference. Consider future appreciation potential too. Swastik might give better returns in the long run.
