Ekanam Noida - Legit or Hype? Video Thoughts?

Has anyone checked out this video on Ekanam by Great Value Realty in Sector 107 Noida? It talks about them being a builder you might not have heard of... which is kinda true for me, lol. What's your take on the project after seeing the video? Is it worth considering? Looking for feedback!
