ACE Group Yamuna Expressway: Good investment, guys?

Hey everyone, I'm seriously considering investing in ACE Terra. Found this detailed video review of all their Yamuna Expressway projects. Seems like a good location near the airport. Kya bolte ho, ROI wise sahi rahega? Anyone else looking at ACE projects?
