SKA Orion vs PKS Town Central: Which one to choose?

Hi guys, I'm confused between SKA Orion and PKS Town Central in Noida. SKA Orion is under construction, while PKS Town Central is ready to move. What do you think about construction quality of SKA? PKS Town Central ka location kaisa hai, connectivity wise? Investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega? I'm looking for good ROI. Has anyone experienced dealing with these builders? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend and why? Kya kisi ko pata hai?
