SKA Orion vs UCHDL Trucia: Which is a better buy?

Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida and am stuck between SKA Orion and UCHDL Trucia. Orion is under construction, while Trucia is ready to move. What's your take on the location and connectivity of both? Trucia seems centrally located, but Orion promises better future appreciation. Has anyone experienced delays with SKA projects before? Also, what about the amenities? Orion seems to have more, but are they worth the wait? Considering the current prices, which one offers better value for money in the long run? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated! What do you think?
