Sobha GN West: Worth the Hype?

Hey everyone, I saw this video about the new Sobha project in Greater Noida West. Looks pretty good, especially the location near the FNG. Anyone else checked it out? What's your take on Sobha's projects in Noida in general? Is it worth considering, or are there better options around?
