Bulland Calisto vs Lotus Greens Isle: Which is better?

Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida and confused between Bulland Group Calisto and Lotus Greens Isle. Calisto is under construction and Isle is ready to move. What do you think about location and connectivity of both? Which one is closer to metro? Also, Isle is super expensive compared to Calisto. Is it worth the price difference? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of Bulland? I'm thinking long-term investment. Which one has better ROI potential? Any thoughts on the amenities offered by each? Which one would you recommend for a family? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
