Emaar CWG Village mess - worth buying now?

Guys, dekha kya? Found this old video talking about the Emaar CWG Village issue back in the day. Government freezing their accounts and all. Does anyone know if all that's sorted now? I'm looking to buy property in Delhi, and the prices there seem good, but thoda dar lag raha hai after seeing this. What's your take?
