Parit Vatika vs HCL Towers: Which is better?

I'm looking at properties in Noida, specifically Parit Vatika and HCL Towers. What do you think about the location of each? HCL Towers seems closer to the metro. Is that a big advantage? Also, what's your take on the construction quality for both? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? Parit Vatika is slightly cheaper. Is it worth saving money or is HCL Towers a better investment long term? Kya aap logon ko pata hai resale value kiska zyada hai? Mujhe advice chahiye!
