Jaypee Aman vs WTC Riverside: Which is better for investment?

I'm confused between Jaypee Aman and Spire WTC Riverside Residences in Noida. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one has better ROI? WTC ka location is good, but Jaypee is ready-to-move. What do you think about construction quality for both? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend for investment purposes?
