Hey guys, kya Lushlands mein invest karna sahi rahega? I saw this video of Mr. Devang Singh talking about Adani Lushlands, and he seems pretty happy with his decision. Anyone else invested there or considering it? What's your take on the project? Need some real opinions!

Possession is tentatively scheduled for 2027, but don't hold your breath. Builders always delay.
I'm more inclined towards ATS or Godrej in Sector 150. Better track record.
Adani ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai mujhe toh. Too many delayed projects.

Lushlands mein amenities kya kya hai? Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse... sab complete hai ya nahi?

Around 7k-8k per sqft depending on the tower and floor. Negotiate hard!
Lushlands? Devang Singh toh paid influencer hai bhai! Don't trust everything you see. Research properly before investing.

I'm considering it too. Location wise, Sector 150 Noida is good. But Adani ka construction quality... that's my concern. Kisi ne dekha hai construction?
Sector 150 is booming, metro connectivity is a major plus. But Adani's past projects have been delayed, that's a risk.
U3, construction is ongoing. I visited last month. It's still very early stages, but the sample flat looked decent.
RERA number check karo bhai! Sabse pehle RERA registration dekho.
