Looking to invest in Noida and considering Swastik Developers (Swastik Eternity Buildtech). What do you think about their project delivery timelines compared to others? Has anyone experienced significant delays with them? Also, what's your take on the quality of construction? Are the materials used good, and is the construction durable? I'm trying to gauge the value for money, especially considering the price per sqft. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about any hidden costs associated with Swastik? Aquamarine is delayed by at least 2 years, last I checked. My cousin booked a flat there and is still waiting. RERA complaint bhi file kiya tha, kuch faida nahi hua.
