Guys, I'm confused between Stellar One in Noida Extension and Mahagun Moderne in Noida. Stellar One is under construction, right? What about possession? Mahagun is ready-to-move, but is the location that great? What's your experience with connectivity from Mahagun? Also, what about the ROI for both? Which one offers better value for money in the long run? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one is better for investment purposes? Mujhe advice chahiye!
