Swastik Developers - Investment wise, kya scene hai?

I'm looking at Swastik Eternity Buildtech. What do you think about their projects? Has anyone invested there? Mujhe investment ke liye dekhna hai. Kya ROI sahi rahega? Their pricing seems competitive, but quality wise, how are they? Kya kisi ne recently flat liya hai? What's your experience with their customer service? Any hidden costs? Which one would you recommend for long-term appreciation? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!

My suggestion: Visit the site multiple times at different times of the day. Talk to the security guards and construction workers. They'll give you the real picture.

Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake with another builder. Now I'm stuck paying maintenance for amenities that don't exist!

Be careful – Swastik Developers has a couple of other projects in Greater Noida West that are significantly delayed. Check the RERA website.

Quality wise... it's decent, nothing extraordinary. You get what you pay for. Don't expect DLF-level quality at their price point.
