Swastik Developers ka reputation Noida mein kaisa hai? I'm planning to invest. Their delivery record and construction quality kaise hain? Kya kisi ne Swastik Eternity Buildtech mein invest kiya hai? Mujhe advice chahiye.

Be careful – Swastik Developers has at least 2 other delayed projects in Noida. Check their RERA registration number on the UP RERA website to see the status.

Last I checked, it was around 5500 per sq ft, but that was a few months ago. It might have gone up with the new metro line coming up.

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with another builder. They kept promising possession, but it never happened. Eventually, I had to sell at a loss.

I invested in Swastik Eternity Buildtech. HUGE mistake. They promised so many amenities, but none are complete. Gym is a joke, swimming pool is always dirty.

True. Sector 150 mein Jaypee Greens and Godrej are much better options. Thoda costly hai, but worth it.

Delivery record toh definitely questionable hai. I know someone who booked a flat with them in Sector 75, aur abhi tak possession nahi mila. It's been almost 3 years over the promised date.
