Sunshine Helios vs Amaroo Greens: Which is better investment?

Sunshine Helios or Amaroo Greens, which offers better ROI? I'm considering investing in Noida. Location-wise, how's the connectivity of both? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of these projects? Which one would you recommend for rental income? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?

Amaroo Greens is closer to Pari Chowk. That's a big advantage for connectivity. But traffic can be a pain during peak hours.

Be careful with the floor you choose. Lower floors can be noisy. Higher floors are more expensive. Balance karna padega.

I heard Sunshine Helios ka construction quality is not that great. Amaroo Greens is slightly better. But both are average only. Don't expect high-end quality.

ROI ki baat kar rahe ho? Check the builder's past projects first. Sunshine ka reputation utna achha nahi hai. Amaroo is slightly better, but still research thoroughly.

I visited Amaroo Greens last month. Construction was going on, but slow pace. They promised possession by Dec 2024, but I doubt it. Dekhna padega...

U3, photos toh mil jayenge Propmyna pe hi. Search karo. But site visit is a must. Don't rely only on photos.

Rental income ke liye, Amaroo Greens is better. Sector 93 is a good location for tenants. Sunshine Helios is a bit interior.

Sunshine Helios ya Amaroo Greens? Tough choice bhai! Both are decent. ROI toh market conditions pe depend karega, but location-wise, Amaroo Greens is closer to the expressway. Connectivity is better for Amaroo I think.
