Eldeco Edge vs Sunshine Helios: Which is better in Noida?

I think Sunshine Helios has more greenery around it. Eldeco Edge is a bit more concrete jungle-ish.

Always visit the site yourself! Pictures can be deceiving. Check the actual construction progress.

Eldeco Edge is closer to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, so connectivity-wise, it might be slightly better. But Sunshine Helios bhi bura nahi hai. Construction quality dono ki average hi hai, honestly.

Sunshine Helios has better amenities, I think. Eldeco Edge is a bit more basic.
