Guys, I'm confused between Advetaya Construction Godwin Apartments and Amaroo Greens Studio Apartments. Godwin Apartments toh ready-to-move hai, but Amaroo Greens under construction. What do you think about the location of both? Which one has better connectivity to metro and highways? Also, price-wise, Amaroo Greens seems a bit cheaper. Is it worth the wait? Has anyone experienced the construction quality of Advetaya? Kya Godwin Apartments mein resale value achi hai? Mujhey investment ke liye chahiye.
