Guys, I'm confused between Stellar One in Noida Extension and Advetaya Godwin Apartments. Stellar One ka price range toh kaafi high hai. Is it worth the investment? Godwin Apartments is more affordable, but what about the construction quality? Has anyone experienced any issues with Advetaya Construction? Which one offers better value for money, considering the location and connectivity? I'm also thinking about rental potential. Which project attracts better tenants? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the maintenance charges in both societies? Mujhe advice chahiye on which project to consider for long-term investment. What do you think?
