Looking at Swastik Eternity Buildtech in Noida. What do you think about Swastik Developers? Kya kisi ne yahan invest kiya hai? I'm mostly concerned about the quality of construction and on-time delivery. Has anyone experienced delays with their projects? Mujhe pata chahiye if their construction quality is actually good, or just looks good in the sample flats. What's the real story? Also, how is their customer service after you've bought the property? Is it easy to get issues resolved or do they ignore you? Which one is better for investment long term? Any advice? Thanks!

Thanks, everyone for the valuable insights! This is really helpful. I'm definitely going to do more research before making a decision.
Overall, Swastik seems risky. Too many red flags. I'd personally look elsewhere.
I think Swastik's earlier projects were better. The recent ones seem to be lacking in quality. Maybe they are cutting corners to save money.
One thing I've learned in Noida: Never trust a builder blindly. Do your due diligence.
Check the builder's track record with environmental clearances too. That can cause major delays.
Aajkal toh rates bhi bahut badh gaye hain. Is it even a good time to invest in real estate?
My advice? Look at other options in Noida Extension. There are many builders with better reputations.
I booked a flat in Swastik Galaxia in 2018. Possession was promised in 2021, still waiting! They keep giving excuses. Think twice before investing.
U13, That's terrible! Have you filed a complaint with RERA?
Galaxia ka toh maine bhi suna hai. Bohat delayed hai.
Don't just look at the sample flat. Visit the actual construction site. See the materials they are using. That will give you a better idea.
What's the price per sqft they are quoting? Compare it with other projects in the same area. Sector 143 is quite competitive now.
Be careful of hidden charges! Read the fine print of the agreement very carefully. They will try to squeeze every last penny out of you.
Mera ek dost Sector 75 mein rehta hai, Swastik Apartments mein. He says the construction quality is average, nothing great. He had a lot of issues with seepage during the last monsoon.
Investment long term? Depends on the location within Noida. Is it close to the metro? Good connectivity is key for appreciation.
Haan, metro connectivity is a game changer. Sector 137 is booming because of it.
Customer service after buying? Forget about it! Once they have your money, they're not interested in solving your problems. This is the sad reality with most builders here.
Has anyone checked their financial statements? Sometimes builders take on too many projects and get stretched thin. That affects quality and delivery.
Bhai, I've heard mixed reviews about Swastik. On paper, they look good, but execution is key. Construction quality is a gamble in Noida, tbh.
Swastik? Be very careful. I know someone who booked a flat with them 5 years ago and still hasn't gotten possession. Check their RERA record properly before investing.
Exactly! RERA is your best friend in these situations. Don't just believe their promises.
U3, Which project are you referring to? Knowing the specific project helps.
I visited Swastik Eternity last month. The sample flat looked decent, but I'm also skeptical about the actual construction quality. Anyone has first-hand experience living in a Swastik project?
On-time delivery? In Noida? Lol. Seriously though, check their past project completion timelines. That's the best indicator.
