I visited their sample flat last month. Finishing was okay, but the carpet area seemed smaller than what they advertised. Always double-check the carpet area!

Don't just go by the sample flat. Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake with another builder. Clubhouse abhi tak nahi bana!

Totally agree yaar. Amenities ka toh kuch pata nahi chalta. Booking ke time toh sab bolte hai, baad mein bhul jaate hai.

I invested in their commercial project near Pari Chowk a few years back. Returns are decent, but liquidity is an issue. Finding a tenant is tough in this market.

Bhai, I've heard mixed reviews. Kuch log bolte hai time pe dete hai, kuch log bolte hai delay ho jata hai. Construction quality average hai, not the best but not the worst either. Investment ke liye, thoda research karo.

Legit builder hai ya nahi, yeh toh RERA website pe check karna padega. RERA registration number hai kya kisi ke paas?

@U3, RERA number toh website pe hona chahiye. But even with RERA, delays toh hote hi hai Noida mein.

Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise kuch karte hai, aur delivery kuch aur hi hoti hai.
