Experion One42 Golf Course Road – I'm looking at a 2BHK here, my first property. The brochure amenities look great, but I'm really curious about the actual construction quality. Any residents seen cracks or seepage after a year or two? My parents keep saying these things become an issue later. Are the promised facilities like the clubhouse truly active, or just for show? And what about maintenance charges – do they match the service quality? Honestly not sure if it’s value for money.

Maintenance charges ka toh mat hi पूछो. Ek baar andar ghus gaye toh nikalna mushkil! They keep increasing them every year.

Yaar, Golf Course Road pe 2BHK. Budget out of reach hi lagta hai for first-time buyers like us. Value for money toh tab hoga jab price theek ho. Maintenance bhi bahut high hogi pakka.
Totally agree with the budget point. Experion One42 is positioning itself as luxury, so expect premium everything – including maintenance. My friend booked a 3BHK with them in another project, and the possession got delayed by almost a year, plus the final fit-outs were not up to mark. Quality checks are crucial here for Experion One42.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Golf Course Road pe toh budget hil jaata hai. Maine bhi dekha tha Experion ki ek property near Badshahpur, but price sunke I backed out. 2BHK for first-timers is tough here.
