₹70 lakh for a 3BHK in Ghaziabad, that's quite a jump for me. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading and Ansal Tanushree looks promising. Completed project hai but real-life experience kaisa hai? Amenities, like the gym ya pool, kitne functional hain, ya bas showpiece? Kids ke schools aur daily market access ka bhi dekhna hai. Is it genuinely a good home for family, ya sirf paper pe achha lagta hai? Jo log wahan rehte hain, please share your honest opinion. Worth hai kya?

Meri sister ka friend wahan rehta hai. Unhone 2018 mein liya tha, tab rate thode kam the. They like the society, it's mature and not too crowded. Kids ke liye parks hain and schools like DPS, Amity are accessible. Daily market ke liye nearby shops hain, plus big malls bhi paas hain. But haan, maintenance committee ka thoda issue rehta hai sometimes. Overall, for a family, it's a decent pick if you're okay with an older property.
What about the actual carpet area? Builders often quote super built-up. Aur parking ka kya scene hai?
Carpet area is usually around 1200-1300 sq ft for a 3BHK there, but double check the exact unit. Parking is generally one dedicated spot per flat, but visitor parking can be tricky. You need to confirm with the RWA.
I know a friend who lives there. He says the location is decent, good connectivity. For a completed project from 2014, ₹70L for a 3BHK sounds reasonable, especially if you compare to new launches. Amenities are okay, not super fancy but functional. Kids usually find schools nearby.
Sahi baat hai, functional se matlab hai ki broken na ho aur regularly maintained ho. My cousin lives in a different Ansal project near Abhay Khand, and their gym equipment is often out of order for months. Just make sure to visit multiple times, talk to current residents. ₹70L is a big investment, no point regretting later.
But 'okay' amenities for ₹70L? Thoda negotiate karna padega. Current market mein buyers ke paas leverage hai. Ghaziabad mein bahut options hain ab.
Functional is good enough for me!
Bhai, Ansal ka track record thoda mixed hai. Possession 2014 ka hai, toh society old ho gayi hogi. Maintenance charges aur sinking fund ka pata kar lena. Often these older projects have issues, especially with amenities like pool and gym. Ghaziabad mein ₹70L is a good budget, explore newer options too.
Haan, aur water logging ka issue bhi check kar lena. Ghaziabad ke kuch areas mein barish mein problem hoti hai, especially near Ahinsa Khand 1. Ansal ki quality ka toh sabko pata hai.
Totally agree. Maintenance is a big headache for older projects.
