2BHK se 3BHK upgrade: Is this ATS premium justified?
₹2.96 Cr for ATS Picturesque Reprieves ka 3BHK, itna high price point, I'm honestly not convinced about the real investor value. Everyone glorifies ATS ki quality, but nobody talks about the actual capital appreciation potential in Greater Noida for projects this costly. I hear about 10-24% price surges in Noida, but does that even apply here? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading, but paying this premium feels like a gamble for ROI. Is the resale market actually liquid for properties in this bracket? Ya phir, it's mostly end-users? Agar investor ratio high hua toh ghost society ban jaati hai, which directly kills rental yields and future appreciation. Koi batao, is the current price per sqft truly justified for long-term returns? Disagree? Tell me why.
