2BHK to 3BHK in Sohna — is it worth the upgrade?

Okay I'll be honest — I'm seriously confused about this 'New Launch Projects' area in Sohna. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 5, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a villa there. Brochures toh achhe hain, but what's the actual ground reality? Connectivity, everyday facilities, traffic during peak hours? Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. Is the price jump for these new launches truly justified for the actual living experience? Koi hidden issues toh nahi hain yaar?

Yaar, I totally get you! I'm also looking at these new launches in Sohna, and the brochures look amazing, right? Especially those 3BHKs near Badshahpur. But the price jump from a 2BHK in Gurgaon feels huge. My biggest worry is the actual connectivity. Like, how long does it *really* take to reach Cyber Hub during peak hours? And what about basic amenities like good schools and hospitals? Don't want to regret it later with a bigger EMI.
