₹65 lakhs for a 2BHK in Indirapuram feels like a steal now. My current 2BHK is small, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in the High Rental Yield corridor. Last 1.5 years, prices there have really shot up. Is this price trend sustainable? Already have a home loan, so not sure if paying the current premium is worth it or should I wait? Kya lagta hai?
