Totally agree with this! First-time buyer hoon, aur ye builders ke show flats dekh ke toh dimag ghoom jata hai. Actual site visit pe kuch aur hi dikhta hai. Bahut nervous hoon, thanks for the tip, will definitely check the construction blocks.
Haan bhai, sahi kaha. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh ye sab ek nightmare hai. Har cheez check karni padti hai, par knowledge kitni hoti hai humein? Ek galat decision aur saari savings barbaad.
