2BHK to 9.5 Cr home - is this the upgrade?

Visited Paras The Manor last weekend and honestly, it felt like a different world. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56, thinking of upgrading, but this ₹9.5 Cr tag for Paras The Manor... yaar, it's a lot. My current EMI is manageable, but this jump feels massive. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Everyone glorifies these ultra-luxury projects, but nobody talks about the *actual* daily living. Is the amenity reality check worth it? Matlab, wo fancy clubhouse, swimming pool - how much will I actually use them daily? Or is it just for show? I'm worried about noise levels near the highway and general air quality. Is this genuinely a good home, or just good on paper? I need a home, not just a status symbol. Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.
