2BHKs in Rajkot: Rental yield claims are pure fantasy.

Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing a property on Kalawad Road. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Builders ke advertised rental yields, especially for 2BHKs, seem too good. Kya 2BHK better hai 3BHK se for appreciation? Or should I hold longer near 150 Feet Ring Road? Madhav Group ya Balaji Group mein kya scene hai?
