Sahi advise di hai aapne. "Future development" ke naam pe bahut builders bechte hain. But jab tak metro nahi aati Sohna tak, ya Sohna Road fully developed nahi ho jaati, tab tak toh daily commuters ke liye headache hi hai. ₹3.8 Cr se shuruat, itna bada investment sirf future ke bharose pe karna risky lagta hai. Kya kisi ne M3M ke kisi aur project mein invest kiya hai Sohna mein?
Jab hum ghar dekh rahe the, tab M3M Merlin bhi consider kiya tha. Price aur amenities achhe lage, but jab commute ka socha toh darr gaye. Mera office Golf Course Road pe hai, aur subah-shaam ka traffic dekh kar laga ki yeh toh life ka bahut bada hissa road pe hi nikal jayega. Humne finally Baharampur Naya ke paas ek project liya, thoda kam budget mein, but connectivity bahut better hai. Sohna ka development future mein ho sakta hai, but for immediate needs, it's a struggle. Don't fall for the 'future development' hype blindly.
M3M Merlin ka possession date 2017-02-01 tha. Kya builder ne time par diya tha? M3M ka track record kaisa hai generally? Suna hai kuch projects mein delays hue hain. Total units 510 hain, toh community life kaisi hai wahan?
M3M Merlin was one of their good ones. Possession was on time. The issues started with some other projects later. For Merlin, the builder delivered. Community is good, lots of families. But haan, schools and hospitals thode door hain, acche wale.
Possession toh time pe mil gaya tha for Merlin, I think. That was one of their earlier, more successful projects in terms of delivery. Baaki projects mein thoda upar-neeche hua hai, but Merlin was fine. Community life is decent, it's a fully occupied society now.

Mera ek friend rehta hai wahan. He works from home mostly, so uske liye theek hai. But woh bhi bolta hai ki weekend pe bhi Gurgaon aana ho toh time lagta hai. Shops and basic needs ke liye sab Sohna mein hi mil jaata hai, but for anything major, you need to drive quite a bit.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Hum bhi pehle Sohna mein dekh rahe the, but jab commute ki reality dekhi toh plan drop kar diya. Gurugram ka traffic toh subah-shaam rula deta hai. Is price range mein shayad aapko Badshahpur ke paas kuch mil jaaye, wahan se thoda better connectivity hai.
Haan bilkul! Cyber City ke liye Sohna bahut door padega. Aapko Airport Road ya Golf Course Extension Road ke aas-paas dekhna chahiye. Thoda expensive hoga, but commute ka stress kam hoga. M3M Merlin unke liye hai jo ghar se kaam karte hain ya jinka office Sohna ke aas paas ho.
