I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. AU The Sunflower Phase 1 ka brochure dekh ke lagta hai sab kuch perfect hai. But for 3 Cr+, are those amenities actually useful daily, ya bas show-off hai? Builders ka track record toh sabko pata hai, will they even deliver on time and with quality? Change my mind.
