3 months at Goyal Luxury Floors: My maintenance nightmare

Just 3 months into Goyal Luxury Floors By Rahul Mangla and I'm already seeing red. Our monthly maintenance is ₹18,000, but the clubhouse is practically a ghost town. The swimming pool was promised heated, but it's always freezing. Nobody uses the gym equipment, half of it's broken. We're paying for facilities that don't even work properly. Is this normal for Faridabad projects? Are others paying so much for such poor service? Honestly, it feels like a total rip-off.
