My maintenance bill for a 2BHK last month was ₹4500, and I just got possession of my flat in AIG Aigin Royal about three months ago. Honestly, it feels a bit high for the services we're getting. Common area cleaning is okay, but the clubhouse facilities, especially the gym, look kinda neglected sometimes. For an investor, I'm wondering, does this kind of high maintenance cost actually impact tenant attraction ya resale value? Or is this just the normal scene in Noida Extension for good societies? Kya society management ka track record bhi important hai long-term ROI ke liye? Any current residents, especially from AIG Aigin Royal, can share their experience? Should I expect these charges to go up even more without much service improvement?
