The luxury segment in Gurgaon is seriously overselling amenities that nobody actually uses. Moved into DLF Aralias just three months back, and honestly, so many of the 'world-class' facilities here feel like pure show-off. The huge clubhouse looks fancy, but half the equipment in the gym is always 'under maintenance', yaar. And the RWA? It's like pulling teeth to get anything done, society formation ka process hi itna slow hai. Security bhi, they boast about multi-tier, but visitor management is a mess sometimes. For ₹31 Cr+, you expect seamless, right? Has anyone else in these high-end Gurgaon projects faced similar issues after moving in? What did you guys do about it?

Hmm, Aralias is like the gold standard for luxury in Gurgaon. I'm surprised to hear this. For ₹31.6 Cr, I'd expect everything to be top-notch. Are these problems recent, or has it always been like this since possession in 2008?
Totally agree with this! My friend bought in a similar high-end project near Airport Road and faces the exact same issues. Sirf dikhawa hai sab.
