Just 3 months in my Crossings Republik flat, and similar units jumped almost 10%. Everyone glorifies Ghaziabad ki growth, but honestly, I think it's peaked. Builders like Gaurs are charging too much. Infra development, like traffic near Delhi-Meerut Expressway, hasn't caught up. Real ROI for new buyers? Change my mind.
