Possession mil gaya 3 mahine pehle, par OC ab tak nahi aaya. Sathi Apartments mein they said OC is 'under process'. Builder-buyer agreement mein bhi clearly mention nahi tha. RERA complaints work bhi karte hain kya, ya bas paper pe hai sab?

Bhai, same problem with Aakriti India. They always delay things. My friend in their Anand Vihar project also faced this. RERA is a long process, but sometimes it helps if you form a society and file a collective complaint. Individual complaints
