posted on 12 May3 months left on lease, finally buying in Noida
My lease ends in 3 months and I'm totally fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again! Finally taking the plunge, looking at Pearls Gateway Towers in Noida. Their brochures highlight a huge clubhouse and fancy sports facilities. But honestly, are these actually used daily by residents, or are they just a 'ghost facility' to tick a box? I'm worried about paying high maintenance charges for something that sits empty or isn't well-maintained. Is the pool clean? Are the gym machines actually working? Any real-world experiences on the clubhouse quality and its usability would be super helpful.

Wow, Pearls Gateway Towers looks fancy in brochures, and the idea of a huge clubhouse is tempting. But yaar, that 'ghost facility' point really hits home. My friend in Alpha I Greater Noida has a gym that's always broken or super dirty. Is it worth paying high maintenance for something that sits empty or isn't well-maintained? Noida mein yeh common hai kya?
Haan bhai, Noida mein toh bahut common hai yeh. Especially older projects mein, maintenance high hoti hai aur facilities low quality ki milti hain.
