Morpheus Greens vs Godwin Apartments: Which is better ROI?

I'm confused between Morpheus Greens and Godwin Apartments in Noida. Godwin seems cheaper, but Morpheus has better amenities. What do you think about the construction quality of both? Which one would give a better ROI in the long run? Kya kisi ne invest kiya hai? Mujhe advice chahiye!
