Sunshine Helios vs Swastik Eternity: Which is better?

Sunshine Helios ya Swastik Eternity Buildtech mein se kaunsa better hai for investment? Location wise, kiska advantage hai? Kya kisi ne dono projects mein invest kiya hai? Mujhe advice chahiye, Noida mein kaunsa project choose karein?
