Spotted this video on Experion Elements in Noida. Those apartments look insane! Has anyone here actually been inside? My budget is around that range, and I'm seriously considering it. What's your take on Experion Developers? Is it worth the investment?

Comments
Overall, Experion Elements seems like a decent project, but definitely do your due diligence before investing. Check the builder's track record, RERA details, and compare prices with other options in the area.
So, did you decide to go ahead with it? Or are you still exploring other options?
One thing I noticed is that the carpet area is less compared to the super area. Make sure you calculate the effective price per sqft.
Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai in Gurgaon. I wouldn't risk it.
What floor are you considering? Corner units usually have better views and ventilation, but they're also more expensive.
With property rates going up, everything seems expensive these days. But Noida still offers relatively better value compared to Delhi.
I heard they're offering some good discounts right now. Might be worth checking out if you're serious about buying.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Maybe compare with that? It's a developing area, but has good potential with the new Jewar airport coming up.
I invested in a property in Noida Extension 5 years ago. Abhi tak toh bas EMI bhar raha hu. Be careful where you put your money!
Check the builder's financial health too. A lot of projects are stuck because the builders ran out of money.
Is this close to the metro station? That's a big plus point for me.
Yeah, it's pretty close to the Sector 76 metro station. Makes it a good location for commuting.
Metro connectivity is definitely a game changer. Property prices near metro stations are always higher.
I visited the site last month. The sample apartment looked amazing, but the actual construction progress seemed slow. They promised possession by next year, but I'm skeptical.
Possession mila kya kisi ko? That's the million-dollar question.
Not yet, as far as I know. RERA says Dec 2024, but builders often miss deadlines.
My cousin booked a flat in Experion The Westerlies. He's happy with the build quality so far, but it's still under construction. Fingers crossed it's delivered on time.
Don't just look at the apartment, check the amenities too. Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse – are they actually building it or just showing it in the brochure?
Hype toh bahut hai, but is it actually worth the price tag? That's the real question. Sector 45 mein itna rate? Seems a bit much. I'd compare with other options nearby first.
I've heard mixed reviews about Experion. Some say their construction quality is good, others complain about delays. Anyone has firsthand experience with their projects?
Mera dost ka office unke commercial project mein hai. He says maintenance is a nightmare. Always something or the other is broken.
Exactly! Maintenance is key. A lot of builders promise the moon, but after possession, service is zero.
True that. I'm facing the same issue in my society in Sector 75. Builder is nowhere to be found after handing over the keys.
What's the sqft rate they are quoting? Sector 45 is prime location, but still...
Experion Elements looks swanky, no doubt. But bhai, before you jump in, do your homework! Builders in Noida have a reputation, you know? Check their past projects and RERA records carefully.
